My history starts in Northern Ireland, where I am from, when I started working in a local hotel while I was studying to obtain my Professional Cookery skills. Since I was 16 years old I have been working in different types of international and Irish style cuisines as I have always have a passion for cooking and learning new cookery techniques as well as trying new flavours and textures.
After this, I have not stopped working in different kitchens including Michelin star restaurants in London such as Marcus Wareing Restaurant and Pollen Street Social with Jason Atherton.
I consider myself to be a passionate and hardworking chef who wants to bring the best of me, my vast experience and my creative cooking to my own kitchen to be able to see satisfied and happy customers that have enjoy the full and unique experience every time they try one of my dishes.
